Lebowski - a band with a well-established brand on the Polish music market, reminds us of itself with the EP "Pretending Life" at the beginning of 2024.
Lebowski's musicians, accustomed to ambitious challenges, with the epic, nearly 11-minute title composition, decided to collaborate with the Choir of the Pomeranian Medical University.
"Pretending Life" contains elements characteristic of the band's style - melodic dialogues of guitars and synthesizers, building tension, mood, and surprising solutions.
The intimate and subtle track "Dreams, Reality, Death" is dedicated by the band to the memory of Ryuichi Sakamoto - the recently deceased Japanese film music composer.
To maintain the highest standards of sound, mixing and mastering work is undertaken by Forrester Savell, a producer known for his collaboration with bands such as Karnivool and The Aristocrats.
The album, containing nearly 18 minutes of music at the highest emotional and artistic level.
