Przełomowy trzeci album Cream został udokumentowany w tym specjalnym rozszerzonym 3-płytowym wydaniu "Wheels Of Fire: In The Studio". 3-płytowy zestaw zawiera nowo zremasterowaną wersję stereo dziewięciu utworów studyjnych z "Wheels Of Fire". Pierwotnie wydana w 1968 roku z wykorzystaniem nagrań edytowanych przez CSG, ta nowo zremasterowana wersja, pozbawiona CSG, prezentuje teraz album skorygowany fazowo i zapewnia nagrania z większą szczegółowością i czystością dźwięku. W zestawie znajduje się również nowo zremasterowana wersja mono albumu studyjnego. Ta wersja mono, zaczerpnięta z osobistych taśm referencyjnych zmarłego producenta Cream, Felixa Pappalardi, nigdy wcześniej nie została wydana. Zestaw zawiera również nowo skompilowaną kolekcję rarytasów zawierającą 11 rzadkich nagrań, z których osiem jest wcześniej niepublikowanych. Obejmują one wczesne wersje, alternatywne miksy i wersje pojedyncze. Najważniejsze z nich to "White Room (Early Version Mono Mix)" i "Deserted Cities Of The Heart (Mono Rough Mix / No Strings)", a także sześć innych alternatywnych miksów stereo i mono. To wydanie na czarnym winylu o gramaturze 180 g jest prezentowane w rozkładanej okładce z metalicznym wykończeniem Pantone.
