Zespół Biohazard powstał w 1987 roku na Brooklynie w Nowym Jorku i jest uważany za jeden z pierwszych zespołów łączących hardcore punk, metal i hip-hop. Zespół wydał swój klasyczny album „Urban Discipline” w 1992 roku i koncertował z takimi zespołami jak House of Pain, Kyuss, Sick of It All i Fishbone. Ten 44-utworowy podwójny album zawiera dwa kompletne albumy z lat spędzonych w wytwórni Roadrunner Records.
