„Wise After the Event” to drugi album studyjny angielskiego muzyka i kompozytora Anthony'ego Phillipsa , wydany w maju 1978 roku przez Arista Records w Wielkiej Brytanii oraz w czerwcu 1978 roku przez Passport Records w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Po promocji poprzedniego albumu „The Geese & the Ghost ” (1977), Phillips rozpoczął przygotowywanie materiału na nowy album. Pozostaje to jego jedynym albumem, na którym w każdym utworze występuje jako wokalista.
