Album został nagrany w czasie członkostwa Adderleya w Miles Davis Sextet z 1958 roku i jest jednym z niewielu przykładów kiedy po 1955 roku Davis wystąpił jako sideman. Rzeczywiście, Miles odgrywa kilka pierwszych solówek, skomponował bluesowy utwór tytułowy. Muzycy razem wystąpili na legendarnym wydawnictwie "Kind Of Blue" z 1959 roku .
