Koncert ten będący hołdem dla twórczości Boba Dylan odbył się w październiku 1992 roku w Madison Square Garden i zgromadził największe gwiazdy światowej sceny muzycznej. Wydarzenie to transmitowane było na żywo w wielu krajach świata. Materiał z koncertu ukazał się w 1993 roku na płytach CD i kasetach VHS.
