„Fear of a Black Planet” to trzeci album studyjny grupy Public Enemy. Oryginalnie ukazał się 10 kwietnia 1990.
Singlami promującymi wydawnictwo były „Fight the Power”, „Welcome to the Terrordome”, „911 is a Joke”, „Brothers Gonna Work it Out” oraz „Can’t Do Nuttin’ for Ya Man”. Płyta okazała się sukcesem zarówno komercyjnym, jak i artystycznym.
