„Chapters (The Best Of)” to kompletna kolekcja solowych przebojów Midga z lat 80., w miksach stereo. Jest to kontynuacja docenionego przez krytyków solowego albumu „A Man Of Two Worlds”. Midge, znany przede wszystkim jako frontman zespołu Ultravox i współzałożyciel Live Aid, może pochwalić się bogatą karierą, obejmującą współpracę z zespołami Thin Lizzy, Visage i The Rich Kids, a także kilka udanych albumów solowych. Zbiór ten zawiera utwory nagrane we współpracy z Kate Bush i Mickiem Karnem, a także zupełnie nowe wersje utworów „Fade To Grey” (Visage) i „Yellow Pearl” (Phil Lynott, Thin Lizzy).
